The storefront and your contact

This storefront serves the Prescott's Med family and is powered by EZ MedSource. It brings together Prescott's, Adepto Medical, Pioneer Biomedical, Heartland Medical, Washer Solutions & PMM, Tenacore and Vetland Medical.

Quote requests

We collect the name, work email, organization, selected public catalog items and quantities that you provide so the team can respond to your quote request. Phone, postal code and notes are optional. We use your permission to contact you about the requested equipment; this is separate from optional analytics or marketing consent.

The website stores an encrypted, private copy of your request and routes it for email delivery to the Prescott's team. A saved receipt confirms website acceptance. Pending or submitted email delivery does not guarantee arrival in an inbox. No order or payment is placed by submitting a quote request.

The encrypted quote copy stored by this website expires after 90 days. Email copies and records used for ongoing service have separate business and legal retention requirements. The 90-day website expiry does not delete those separate records.

Please do not include patient information, medical records, passwords or other sensitive information in your request notes. Your quote reference is for business follow-up and is never an analytics identifier.

Quote notifications use Twilio SendGrid. The provider processes your contact details, selected equipment, quantities and request notes to send the requested message to the Prescott's team. Open, click and Google Analytics email tracking are disabled for these notifications. Email copies have separate provider and business retention.

Necessary storage

Your browser stores the selected public product IDs and quantities for your quote cart. To make retries safe, a quote submission or enabled service submission also stores a random request attempt ID and a fingerprint calculated only from public product IDs and quantities. Manual equipment names, contact fields, shipping, customer return or billing addresses, device serials and asset tags, purchase orders, issues, pre-approved cost, attention lines, shipping preferences, request references, notes and package measurements, and fingerprints of those private values, are not saved in browser storage by this storefront. Unsubmitted service values stay in the tab's memory until you explicitly export or submit them.

Secure request cookies protect submissions. A signed privacy preference cookie remembers your choice for up to 180 days and contains no random visitor ID. A constant local rejection flag keeps optional analytics off while a privacy change is being saved and tells other open storefront tabs to stop. It contains no contact information or visitor identifier.

Necessary storage supports the shopping features, your chosen request and your privacy choices. Optional analytics is not required to use these features.

Optional in-house measurement

Only after you accept analytics, the storefront can count allowlisted shopping actions such as committing a search, viewing a product, adding an item or starting a quote. We store daily aggregate counts rather than raw event histories, individual profiles or visitor sessions. A validated public product selection is reduced to its category and supporting division before storage.

These analytics records exclude IP addresses and IP hashes, raw search and chat text, contact fields, full URLs and referrers, serial numbers, customer accounts and private business records. Aggregate counters expire after 397 days. Private reports suppress small counts below ten. Aggregate action counts cannot identify unique visitors or reconstruct individual shopping journeys.

Limited aggregate service counts, such as the number of accepted quote requests, are separate from optional browsing measurement and help operate the requested service.

Google Analytics and the geographic restriction

Google Analytics is not active in this release. The required policy keeps Google Analytics off for the EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, California and unknown or conflicting locations, even when optional analytics is accepted. Explicit analytics consent is required elsewhere before Google Analytics could be enabled under an approved configuration.

The storefront does not call an external location service from your browser. IP location does not reliably establish residency or which privacy rules apply, so privacy choices remain available globally. A browser Global Privacy Control signal blocks optional analytics everywhere.

Reject optional analytics or withdraw your permission using Privacy choices. Rejection stops pending and new optional measurements. We do not sell or share this storefront's browsing data for targeted advertising.

ezbot equipment guidance

When you ask ezbot a question, the storefront sends your question, a bounded recent conversation and relevant public catalog information to a Microsoft Azure-hosted AI model to prepare a reply. Chat history stays in this browser tab's memory; this storefront does not save chat transcripts or include their text in analytics. Microsoft may process requests under its own service security and retention terms.

Use public manufacturer names, model names and part descriptions only. Do not enter patient information, device serial numbers, contact details, shipping addresses, passwords or private business records. Filters block some sensitive input, but cannot identify every private detail. Use the secure quote or service form for the information needed to fulfill your request. AI guidance can be incorrect; the supporting team must confirm pricing, configuration, availability and parts compatibility.

Recovery copies

Encrypted private website files are copied to separate private Azure storage for disaster recovery. Backup objects expire after 30 days and deleted objects remain recoverable for a further 14 days. A backup may therefore retain an older encrypted copy after its active website copy expires or is deleted. Restores are isolated and are not automatically activated; any privacy deletion must also be applied before restored records return to service. Integrity rehearsals do not decrypt business records, and their temporary encrypted files are removed after verification.

Hosting, security and file providers

This storefront is hosted in Microsoft Azure in the United States. Ordinary hosting and security systems process network information needed to deliver and protect the site. This infrastructure processing is separate from the restricted analytics records described above.

Public product photographs may load from Prescott's family websites and Google Cloud Storage. Those providers receive ordinary connection information when delivering their images and apply their own infrastructure retention and notices. Official storefront logo files, fonts and application scripts are served from this site.

If connected online service intake is enabled, the selected division uses Twilio SendGrid to send customer and service-team email and attachments. For requested FedEx labels, FedEx receives shipping contacts, shipping addresses, and measured package weights and dimensions needed to create the labels. Repair notes and device serial numbers are not sent to FedEx. Official service, SendGrid email and FedEx carrier records have separate retention; the 90-day website expiry does not delete them. The authenticated customer portal has its own protected functionality. The public storefront analytics described here is not installed in the protected portal. NetSuite remains disconnected from this storefront; its information is not exposed on these public pages.

Service and returns

When online intake is not enabled for your selected division and request type, the return starter prepares a draft in this browser tab. Preparing a draft does not submit details, create an RMA authorization, generate a carrier label or send a service email. You can explicitly copy or download the draft, then use the division's official portal. That portal processes what you enter under its own privacy notice; details are not transferred automatically.

If online intake is available, supported Adepto Medical and Pioneer Biomedical repair, warranty and rental-return requests can be submitted here. We process your first and last name, email, organization, phone, equipment ship-from address, any different post-service customer return address or billing address, equipment manufacturer/model or catalog selection, quantities, per-device serial numbers, asset tags, item purchase orders, current and original issues and notes, full-order purchase order, post-service attention line, any pre-approved service cost, requested shipping preferences, request references and notes, label quantity, and package weights and dimensions. These details are saved and queued for processing by the selected division. Its authorized workflow handles carrier shipping labels and service email separately. Other divisions and unsupported request types remain draft-only. Submitting does not itself authorize an RMA, confirm a label or prove email arrival.

The encrypted service-request copy stored by this website expires after 90 days. A content-free marker of the random request attempt remains separately to prevent duplicate late retries; it contains no request content, contact details, addresses, serial numbers or service reference. Official RMA/service records, carrier records and email copies have separate retention under their providers' notices. The 90-day website expiry does not delete those separate records.

Permission for service processing and contact is separate from optional analytics and marketing. Neither preparing nor submitting a service request requires optional analytics consent. Do not include patient information, medical records or passwords in notes. Shipping, return and billing addresses, device serials and asset tags, purchase orders, issues, pre-approved cost, attention lines, shipping preferences, request references, notes, package measurements and label or tracking details are excluded from measurement.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may reject optional analytics or withdraw your choice at any time in the public-page footer. Global Privacy Control is honored without requiring another choice. Rejecting analytics does not affect your ability to request equipment or service.

For access, correction, deletion or another applicable privacy request, email prescottsmed@ezbizportal.com. State the request and the best way to contact you. The team may need enough information to verify and locate the relevant business request before responding; do not email patient information or passwords.

Use your quote reference when following up about the business request. Website copies, email copies and ongoing service records have the separate retention described above, so the team will explain how your request applies to those records.

Optional LinkedIn posts

The home and shop pages show locally rendered summaries of selected posts from Prescott's Med's official LinkedIn page. They do not contact LinkedIn until you choose to load an embedded post or follow a LinkedIn link. Loading a post connects your browser directly to LinkedIn, which receives your IP address and may use its own cookies, account information and measurement under its privacy policy (opens in a new tab). This choice is separate from this storefront's analytics consent and is not remembered for your next visit.

You can remove an embedded post using its remove button. Removing it stops that embedded connection in this page but does not delete cookies that LinkedIn may have set; manage those through your browser or LinkedIn. You can use the catalog, quote cart and service form without loading any LinkedIn content. Google Analytics restrictions and Global Privacy Control handling for this storefront remain unchanged.

Customer accounts and saved selections

WorkOS provides customer sign-in and verifies the identity, email address and profile shown in your account. A separate secure session cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days. These necessary authentication services operate separately from optional analytics.

When you choose to save equipment or import a quote cart, we store the selected public product IDs and quantities in an encrypted private record associated with your verified account. Saved selections remain until you remove them or request deletion. Account and editor pages have no optional analytics. Saved selections do not expose NetSuite records or live inventory.
